Policy Overview
- We do not exchange products due to customer errors, such as the incorrect selection of sizes, colors, or models.
- We do not accept returns after purchase confirmation unless the product qualifies for return under the conditions listed below.
- Please ensure all details of your order are correct before checkout. Our customer service team is available to assist you with any questions during the purchasing process.
Eligibility for Exchange or Return
You may request an exchange or return within 7 calendar days of receipt of your product, provided the following conditions are met:
- Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Unused Condition: The product must not show any signs of use or consumption and must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Complete Accessories: The product must include all labels (or protectors), manuals, and accessories that accompanied it.
Non-Eligible Items
- Products that do not meet the return conditions outlined above will not be accepted.
- Exchanges or returns due to customer preference for size, color, or model are not supported. We provide detailed measurements in centimeters and product descriptions to assist with your selection.
- As per Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, we are not obligated to accept exchanges based on buyer’s remorse or preference changes for non-defective products.
How to Request an Exchange or Return
To initiate the process, please send us an email with the following information:
- Product name
- Request number
- Email address used during purchase
- Reason for exchange or return
- A video showing proof of defect (if applicable)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return address. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and verification of the returned item.
Refund Options
- Credit Card Chargeback: Refunds to your credit card may take up to two billing cycles to appear, depending on your payment gateway.
- Bank Transfer (IBAN): Refunds via bank transfer will be completed within 10 business days of confirming the return. Note: Transfers can only be made to an account with an IBAN associated with the original purchaser and not to third-party accounts.
