- Our products are manufactured in Thailand and shipped from our distribution centers in China.
- By purchasing from our website, customers acknowledge and agree that products are shipped from China and are sold as replicas.
While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to customs inspections or other import procedures in the destination country. These delays are beyond our control and vary depending on local customs regulations.

Order Addressing
To avoid delivery obstacles:
- Ensure the address provided is complete and accurate.
- The store will ship products to the address entered at checkout.
Missed Deliveries
- Delivery Attempts: The courier typically makes three delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the package, it will be sent to the nearest post office.
- Post Office Pickup: In such cases, you will need to pick up the package within 7 calendar days. If the package is not collected within this period, it will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will apply to resend the product.
Tracking details, including delivery attempts and post office locations, are available via the tracking code provided by us.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
- The store is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided during checkout.
- If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the package will be returned to the sender as per postal regulations.
- Customers will need to pay a new shipping fee for the product to be resent. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
Processing Time
Once your order is processed and payment is confirmed, we proceed with:

This process generally takes 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking code via email within 7 business days of order processing.
Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time is 15 to 35 business days after dispatch.
- Factors such as customs delays, postal strikes, severe weather, or holidays may extend delivery times.
- The maximum guaranteed delivery period is 60 business days.
